Customer Service Advisor is needed by our client, a growing depot of high quality timber and timber products, to be based in Norton St Philip (near Bath).

Located near one of the oldest pubs in England, they supply a comprehensive range of products to trade and retail customers - from agricultural, commercial and residential fencing, sheds and garden buildings, to log cabins.

Entering their third year of trading, they are on the lookout for a new member to join their team.

The Role
As their Customer Service Advisor, your role will be varied.

You may find yourself busy planning and preparing for events and promotions, taking customer orders, offering advice in person and over the phone, and ensuring their customers have an enjoyable shopping experience.

Essential Skills
Full & clean UK driving licence with own transport (due to rural location of depot)
Passion for great customer service
Ability to multitask & prioritise workload
Strong work ethics
Enthusiastic and friendly attitude
Calm and quick thinking
Looking to grow a career in sales and customer service

Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available to include working alternate weekends.

You may be required to travel.
