A fantastic opportunity to work for a well respected company operating in the Wealth Management sector.
In this role you will be taking inbound calls from customers as their first point of contact in regards to their pensions, you will be taking general enquiries, discussing their pensions and working out what they would receive.
You must be approachable, patient, accurate and have the desire to succeed within your career.
This is a fantastic Customer Service role where you will not need to work weekends! The shifts will be between 8AM and 6PM Monday to Friday.
This Customer Service role offers a load of different benefits, including free life and dental insurance, a great pension scheme and as a salary of up to £19,000 dependant on experience.
To be successful in this role you will need to be compassionate to the customers needs and want to go the extra mile for them.
To be considered for this role you must have Customer Service experience.
