Duties include but are not limited to;
- Point of contact with all members alongside Customer Services team
- Responsible for some small accounts
- Handle incoming queries
- Develop understanding of relevant regulations
- Look after email accounts
- Deliver high levels of Customer Service
- Administration duties
- MUST have experience in a Customer Service office position for at least 2 years
- MUST have good attention to detail
