I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client based in Claydon which is a short 10 minute drive from Ipswich Town Centre.

I am recruiting for full time customer service advisors to start working on a Temporary to Permanent basis to start on Tuesday 13th February.

The full time roles are 40 hours per week where you will be required to work 4 days during the week and one day at the weekend.

The role will involve speaking to customers over the phone for half of your shift answering any general queries they may have concerning a recent order they have made online. This may include general questions, complaints or to place an order with you.

Other duties will include speaking to clients via the live chat service and monitoring the generic customer services inbox via email.

We are looking for the successful candidates to have experience working within a customer service role which may include both face to face or telephone customer contact.

These roles are being recruited on a Temporary to Permanent basis and permanent contracts will typically be issued within 12 weeks of commencement.

The basic hourly wage is £8 per hour (£16640 pa) however there is a quarterly bonus payable of up to £500 (FTE) and a salary increase of £300 (FTE) offered twice a year.
