A contact centre in Portsmouth are looking for permanent customer service advisors to assist on campaigns
Your new company
This is a growing contact centre based in central Portsmouth it works with various partners in a range of different industries on campaigns. It supplies high quality inbound customer services and has been established for close to 20 years.
Your new role
You will be working within the contact centre taking inbound calls and providing excellent customer service to all customers. You will be responsible for liaising with various stakeholders both external and internal. You must answer all queries within service level agreements and complete various administrative duties involved whilst completing customer service functions.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have excellent customer service skills, this can be within hospitality, retail or an office based environment. Experience of working within a fast paced environment is essential as well as the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure.
What you'll get in return
In return you will benefit from a salary of between £15,000 - £16,000 per year, 22 days holiday + bank, a pensions contribution working in modern clean offices and includes other benefits.
