Full time, customer service advisor role in Bristol City Centre, temporary position starting immediately
Your new company
They are based in Bristol City Centre and are looking to expand their friendly and helpful team. They have a bubbly atmosphere within the office and after visiting them many times, this comes through within those whom work there. They are looking to expand their team and are offering an exciting opportunity to work within one of their business teams.
Your new role
You will be using Excel heavily utilising skills such as; pivot tables, v-look ups and macros. You will also be carrying out exemplary customer service and providing customers with an outstanding service. You will be working full time, Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 on a temporary basis.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you must be immediately available or be available to work within one week. You must have at least 6 months experience within customer service and must be able to conduct; V Look Ups, Pivot Tables and Macros on Excel.
What you'll get in return
In return you will get to work within an outstanding company, close to the city centre. You will be paid £8.50 per hour (basic).
