Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Manchester - Trafford
Salary: Between £17,500 - £19,000

Hours: Shifts between 8am - 8pm

One in every 3 Saturdays



We are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to work for a fantastic company based in Trafford. If you want to work for a company that genuinely values their employees then look no further. Progression Opportunities are set out for you from day one with salary increases along the way!

Call Centre experience is preferable however other backgrounds including retail & hospitality will still be considered!

The Job:
* Dealing with a variety of inbound calls
* Confidently speak to customers answering any queries or issues
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
* Recording information on the company database and updating the in-house system accordingly.
