The role will involve answering telephone calls from customers, dealing with deliveries, transport, problem solving, raising customer orders and quotes, administrative duties, such as, scanning, filing and faxing. Maintaining and updating the company database and working towards deadlines.
You will respond to customer calls within 30 minutes, resolve queries in a set time frame, escalate any issues in the department, quote accurately, follow up with customers who do not place orders and ensure you are obtaining customer feedback.
The ideal candidate will:
-Have a background in working in a fast paced Customer Service role.
-Have excellent attention to detail and be used to working towards tight deadlines.
-Have the ability to build an excellent rapport with customers.
The role will be full time Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm.
