Your day will consist of
* Providing an outstanding level of service to enquiries via web, email, phone and other channels.
* Investigating and diagnosing issues and questions using company and online resources.
* Becoming an expert and trusted advisor in finance and payments industry topics.
* Identifying process improvements, providing feedback to product teams and testing new features.
* Maintaining internal communication and have a good understanding of compliance within applicable policies and legislation.
You'll need to be
* A passionate customer service professional who takes genuine pride in delivering outstanding service.
* Proactive, inquisitive and solutions driven.
* Experienced with MS Office, web technology and business applications.
* A team player who is driven and determined to make a difference.
* Flexible to work core hours and some weekends.
* Keen to learn, develop, and progress within the company.
* Preferably experienced in financial services/call centre environments.
* Able to pass a disclosure and background check
