We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.
As a Customer Service Advisor you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. Confidently taking ownership of their service request, accurately and in a timely manner will be an essential part of your role. You will deal with all levels of complexity from simple jobs to business impacting incidents and complaints. These requests are received from our customers via inbound calls and emails. You will also be required to make outbound calls to proactively ensure we deliver the expected level of service to our customers keeping them up to date and informed at all times.
You will be a real team player with a passion for delivering a "best in class" customer service proposition and a can do attitude. You will also support and share your expert knowledge and experience, to improve the customer journey and ensure we have a culture of "Right First time" in everything we do.
Our Customer Service Centre recently supported Comic Relief by taking charitable donation calls and often has themed fun days to promote team building. The team have also recently spent time Volunteering to support the local Food Banks Collection in conjunction with StopHunger, a worldwide Sodexo initiative.
Confident communicator able to build relationships
Excellent listener with the ability to probe and gather all the required information
Fantastic attention to detail and accuracy when inputting information
A team player with a positive can do attitude
Experience in a Customer Service Centre environment would be beneficial
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience of working with Customer Service Targets, KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and SLA’s (Service Level Agreements)
