Customer Service Advisor

Your main duties will include:
Handle internal and external customer enquirers
To take full ownership of a customer’s enquiry and be positive and proactive
Meet and exceed individual and team targets
Maintain our service level agreement for calls, written communication & web queries.
Feedback customer comments and issues and find creative solutions

Key requirements for the position include:

Experience working in a customer service environment
Excellent communicator
Computer literate
Good numerate and problem solving skills
Attention to detail
