They are looking for Customer Service Advisor's to join their successful and busy team and require someone with a confident and friendly telephone manner who also possesses great attention to detail.
You will be working from mortgage case assessments, speaking to brokers, solicitors and customers about their mortgage account. These will be quality checked and there will be liaison with internal departments/colleagues where necessary. You will be dealing with sensitive information which needs to be verified on each call so attention to detail is key. 95% of your day will be answering telephone queries however, there is a small amount of admin & data input required to fulfil your role.
You will receive full training in both a class room and one-to-one environment so you will be fully comfortable with the role and the duties involved.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong customer service background and be comfortable talking to people either over the phone or face-to-face.
Normal working hours will be 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday no weekends.
