Your new role
As a Customer Service Advisor for our client a leading multi-brand online retailer, you will be part of a team taking inbound calls. You will be the first point of contact supporting customers with orders, collections, queries from statement queries to complaints, to lost orders and product queries.
This provides a rewarding platform for enthusiastic and results focused individuals to develop and enhance personal skills. The department is a fast paced, ever changing and dynamic environment.
What you'll need to succeed?
Excellent written and verbal English skills are required for this role, along with excellent communication skills and good maths skills. Previous experience of working in a customer driven environment, preferably within a contact centre is desirable but not essential.
