Customer Service Advisor

Location: Bournemouth Town Centre

Salary: Up to £20,000.00 per year + excellent benefits

Hours: Shifts between Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturdays 10am - 4pm

Our client is a reputable and well known employer located in the Bournemouth town centre. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join friendly and fun award-winning team. What you'll do:

You will have an integral part to play in bringing to life their commitment to put customers at the heart of everything they do. You'll directly impact business goals through providing feedback to their product team and ensure their customers are always listened to, engaged and supported.

You'll love this role if you get your kicks by helping others. We are looking for someone who thrives on solving problems and creating long-term customer relationships. You won't be judged on the number of calls you handle, but rather on the positive impact you make to every customer.

You will be expected to build real rapport, understand callers' needs and concerns, and always find the right solutions.

What you'll bring:

To be successful, you'll need to be a real people person, with great listening skills, lots of empathy and the determination to go the extra mile for our client's customers every day. Resolving the complex problems won't faze you, and you'll be able to build a good understanding of their products and services to help answer customer queries, all the while acting within operational processes and procedures.

The Centre is open 9am-6pm Mon-Fri, occasional Saturdays on a rotational basic 10am - 4pm, so your hours of work are likely to always be between these hours, and your shifts will be confirmed in advance.
