£18,000

(plus annual bonus and regular salary reviews)

Monday - Friday - 8:00 - 4:00, 9:00 - 5:00, 10:00 - 6:00

As the Customer Service Advisor you will be: -

  • Answering inbound enquiries via email and telephone
  • Helping with payroll issues
  • Dealing with complaints
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Other ad-hoc duties

The be successful you will have: -

  • Experience as one of the following - Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Executive, Inbound, Complaint handler or Business Advisor
  • Confident in dealing with people at all levels
  • Experience handling complaints
  • Passionate and driven to achieve a career with a company that promotes within
