Customer Service Advisor

NRG are proud to support one of the UK’s leading online fashion retailers. We are looking for a number of individuals to bring energy and a creative flair to the work place.

This is a customer service role with NO SALES

Main duties will include.

The ability to demonstrate a positive attitude when handling calls and go that extra mile to ensure a smooth customer journey

  • Take ownership of the customer’s enquiry, question appropriately to fully understand customer needs and actively listen to ensure customers and happy

  • Helping customers to feel supported whether they choose to discuss their queries via phone, web chat or email

  • You will be required to have excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide first class customer service.

  • Work closely with colleagues and support Team Leader

    Hourly rate up to £7.90

    Work patterns will be based on 37.5 hour per week, between Monday - Sunday 5 out 7 days between 9am - 12 Midnight. Full flexibility is required .

    (12 week temporary contract, may become permanent)
