You will be required to confirm job details and vehicle availability and input all data relevant to movement requests. To create and maintain an efficient filing system. To provide front line customer service and sales development to new high volume clients.


Main Duties:

  1. Primary role is to confirm vehicle availability making amendments where necessary to ensure accuracy of job details.
  1. To provide an efficient and accurate data input service for movements received via fax, email, electronic import and verbally.
  1. Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  1. Remain proactive and prioritise workloads and to meet required lead times.
  1. Liaise with Driver Control department to resolve any customer / internal query.
  1. Arrange collections/deliveries to a date and time convenient to the customer in conjunction with Driver Control department.
  1. To provide day-to-day support to Senior Customer Advisors and Customer Service Manager
  1. Produce reports as required using appropriate software.
  1. Check and maintain an efficient filing system.
  1. Resolve any customer complaints / queries and take corrective action in order to prevent re - occurrence of events in compliance with departmental ISO 9002 guidelines.
  1. Provide assistance to other functions where required.
  1. To assume responsibility for Health and Safety of self and fellow employees at all times.
  1. Any other duties as may be reasonable.





Skills Required:



  • Ability to build good customer relationships.
  • Good background knowledge of the End of Contract process for Finance/Leasing companies
  • High Standard of Customer Care.
  • Ability to work to strict SLAs.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • IT Literate
  • Organised with good time management
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Able to accurately enter data.
