Working within a highly valued firm based in Preston, an exciting opportunity has become available on a 2 week temporary basis to work within the busy customer service department. Established over 40 years ago, this is a great opportunity to work alongside 6 other customer service advisors and be recognised for the high standard of work delivered.
Your new role
Within this temporary assignment, you will be responsible to support the team with inbound calls and enquiries. On a day to day basis, you will be tailoring your approach to each customers enquiry and providing the best possible service to help resolve any issues or any questions from the customers. You will also be involved with general administration duties such as scanning, filing and organising documents as well as updating all system notes.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, You will have a wealth of customer service experience and have the ability to handle a high level of calls. You will have a friendly manner and have the ability to tailor your approach and still provide the highest level of customer service. You will have an excellent 'can do' attitude and are able to commit to a two week assignment.
