Your new role requires you to liaise with customers and suppliers to handle queries, take orders and manage the process as well managing and processing confidential data and customer applications.
Keeping customers informed and up to date throughout the process is key to this role. You will be required to answer incoming queries with a high level of customer service.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
Previous administration and customer service experience is essential as well as the ability to work in a high volume environment.
