Seeking Customer Service Advisors for one of the Worlds Largest Parcel Retailer

Customer Service Advisors roles available at £7.70 per hour, Saturday £8.70 and Sunday £9.70

The Role:

  • Dealing with incoming calls and tracking customers parcels and dealing with customer queries / complaints
  • Dealing with customers face to face when collecting parcels
  • Working in a target area and striving to exceed these targets set


  • 4 hours per day x 5 days. Extra hours available
  • Long Term cover

Looking for candidate that have previous Call Centre and Customer Service Back ground

You will be working as a Customer Service Advisor working to the highest standard to make sure we exceed our customer' expectations.

Really good rates of pay in the Customer Service field and your safety and bell being comes first. Full training will be provided and on going agency support
