My client is a building society based in beautiful offices in Epsom.

Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit an additional customer service representative to assist in their busy team (of 12 people) 

This is mainly a telephone based role dealing with customer enquiries relating to mortgages..
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking day to day administration duties encompassing all aspects of Mortgage Accounts and procedures such as mortgage completions, redemptions including provision of redemption figures,capital payments, monthly payments, customer amendments,Insurance and Assurance, general enquiries etc.  

The ideal candidate should have ....
The ability to show a “Customer Comes First”focus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build a rapport.
A confident, clear and friendly telephone manner
Calm and efficient under pressure
The ability to work as part of a team
The ability to accurately respond promptly to enquiries
Good keyboard and IT literacy (including the use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel)
