Customer Service Advisor
SOS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for our well established dynamic client based in Bournemouth!
Salary: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
Purpose of the role
- You will be responsible for providing after sales support working with a sales team, order processing, troubleshooting and problem solving.
- The role will also involve a large amount of admin. Multi-tasking and good attention to detail is crucial.
- The successful applicant needs to be able to deal with a wide variety of duties and liaise with individuals at different levels.
- The candidate needs to be confident in meetings and taking minutes and will play an integral role in the everyday support of the sales team.
Training will be provided.
