Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work for a large and expanding Contact Centre in Sunderland.

The ideal candidate will be flexible and self-motivated with a good telephone manner. Candidates applying must have previous customer service experience either face to face or over the telephone (this does not need to be within a contact centre environment) and have a passion for providing a high-quality service to customers. You must also have good IT skills.

As a Customer Service advisor the main duties would include;

  • Taking inbound calls
  • Answering queries relating to product information
  • Customer Service
  • Updating computer system

The hours for this role are full time 37.5 hours per week working various shifts Monday to Friday between 8am and 10pm, Saturday between 8am and 6pm, Sunday between 9am and 5pm. This will be based on a shift rota working 1 in every 2 Saturdays and 1 in every 4 Sundays.
