We are looking for a confident and vibrant candidate to join the our client's team at their busy contact centre.
This is a temporary ongoing assignment with a possibility of a permanent opportunity
Weekly shift rota working either 7.30am - 4.30pm or 10.30am - 7.30pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays required!
40 x hours per week
Handling business customers inbound and outbound calls
Managing email communications
Updating in house system
Based at their purpose built offices you will be the first point of contact for customers in requiring remobilisation. You will be responsible for managing their journey, ensuring they are delighted throughout their experience due to the service you provide.
This is a role based within a small, friendly contact centre where the team are passionate about service. You will be managing customers across multiple channels - inbound, outbound and email and working with suppliers to fulfil customer requirements. That can-do, will-do attitudes exudes in everything we do with everyone willing to go that extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
The role is temporary but for those that excel the probability of permanent contract is very real.

• Working in a high volume, multi-channel contact centre environment

• A positive approach and attitude to work
• A willingness to be flexible and go that extra mile
• A demonstrable ability to multi-task and use systems
