We are currently recruiting on behalf of local authority in Derbyshire who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a tempoary basis

Duration: 2 months+

As a Customer Service Advisor, your role will include the following duties:

  • Dealing with repair queries on behalf of tenants
  • Logging repairs on the in house system
  • Handling enquiries from customers, staff, sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Managing complaints in a professional manner
  • Ensuring data is correctly applied to the system
