Customer Service Advisor

Are you a customer service focused individual looking for an exciting and fast paced role where no two days are the same? A new exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Claims Advisor to work for one of the UK's leading Banks. Our client is looking for a motivated and hard working individual to join their busy Retirement Account Telephony Team and be responsible for delivering the highest standard of customer service to their account holders

The Role:
As a customer service claims advisor you will be predominantly dealing with inbound customer service queries related to Retirement accounts. You will be responsible for delivery a high quality customer experience to the banks account holders and look to deal with any queries, claims or complaints professionally and efficiently.

Role Responsibilities
*Carrying out a range of customer service tasks predominantly from incoming telephony based
*Ensure all Retirement account processes and procedures are followed at all times
*Respond to a range of enquiries ensuring the highest quality of customer service is delivered at all times
*Support the wider business and colleagues with any administration support when required
*Respond to a range of enquiries, ensuring that customers, requirements are clarified and dealt with professionally and appropriately case by case
*Refer any complex queries to senior members of staff or support teams when appropriate
*Contribute to the completion of team workload
*Support and assist colleagues, providing guidance to less experienced colleagues as required

Personal Specification
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and professionally articulate issues
*A proactive team player
*Previous experience within a similar customer service office based environment beneficial but not essential
*Ability to make good judgements and make informed decisions
*Empathic and tactful
