A brilliant opportunity has become available for a Customer Services Sales Advisor to join our client's friendly and vibrant office based in Ringwood, Hampshire!

You will be promoting their gorgeous products which include chocolates and hampers, how fantastic!!!!

START MONDAY 6TH NOVEMBER!

Main Purpose of role:

  • Deliver a quality level of service to customers;
  • To act as the first line of support for clients / and or to account manage where appropriate.
  • Deliver excellent Customer Service.

Experience:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent literacy/numeracy and PC skills, especially accuracy of data input

Skills:

  • A natural ability to communicate and influence demonstrating tenacity
  • Confident and professional manner
  • Comfortable working in a target driven environment

Location: Ringwood, Hampshire

Hours: 40 paid hours per week, typically Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am to 5pm or 9am to 5.30pm

Salary: £7.69 an hour
