**CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR** 2 - 3 MONTHS TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT
Working for a very successful business based on the outskirts of York who are constantly expanding and developing further. This is an exciting time to join and be a part of their team over the next few months. The role is initially offered on a 2-3 month temporary basis. You will need to have your own transport to drive to this location, which is based commutable from York, Harrogate and Thirsk.
YOUR NEW JOB...
To take incoming calls, this will be predominately clients asking for updates on their claims, querying where the claims payment is and ordering claims forms.
Liaise with policy holders and other stakeholders
Accurately disclose details of calls
Respond to client emails in-between calls
Send out letters/claims forms/cheques in-between calls
Main Skills required:
Excellent phone manner
Able to deal with difficult calls
Good knowledge and understanding of PC systems
Demonstrate a positive, confident and professional attitude
Good team skills
FULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN...
To apply for this role we are looking for somebody who has excellent communication skills, used to call handling and possess good IT skills. You will be positive and willing to undertake training to learn new skills.
