Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £16,000 (Rising to £18,000 with experience)

Working Hours: Two shift patterns available...

Early shift: 08:00am to 17:30pm

Late Shift: 10:30am to 19:00pm

Job Description:

Due to the recent growth and expansion of our client we are looking for enthusiastic, driven and motivated candidates to apply for this very unique position.

If you’re passionate about providing fantastic customer service and enjoy investigating and problem solving then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

You will be working on behalf of some of the largest blue chip companies in the UK. As a Customer Service Agent you will be able to provide an excellent standard of customer service to customers, quickly building rapport and supporting them to find the right solution for their circumstances.

Full in-depth training will be provided that will prepare you for any scenario and equip you with expert knowledge of the industry. The client have a dedicated training suite and team of trainers who will help support and develop you when you join their business. My client is also committed to providing ongoing development to help you to continue to grow and improve.
