An inbound Customer Service Adviser job in Manchester City Centre has become available in a leading Legal Firm
Your new company
The company is one of the UK's most successful law firms that provides a diverse legal services in a wide range of areas and industries. The business is going from strength to strength and due to an internal promotion they are now looking for a new Customer Service Adviser to join the team.
Your new role
Based in the back office, this role handles all incoming calls from across the UK. Being the first contact for the company, you will be assessing call cases that come in via telephone enquiries. Answering and connecting calls using a computerised switchboard system. Updating the system and undertaking administration tasks as required. You will work with your team and promptly and efficiently take and relay cases to the senior management team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have knowledge of Customer Service and pride yourself on your attention to detail. You will have strong communication and the ability to speak to people at all levels. You will be looking for a long-term career in a stable and growing company.
What you'll get in return
