Your new role
Hays are currently working with a large customer service organisation in the Hull city centre to recruit for a customer service advisor. These roles will involve answering inbound customer queries quickly and efficiently whilst ensuring that professionalism is adhered to at all times. Responsibilities include answering any type of customer enquiry, from providing information, booking appointments to dealing with customer complaints etc.
The company provides a 2 week intensive training period - please note this is full time.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked in a customer service environment previously. Ideally within a telephone based role. You must be IT literate and competent with email correspondence.
