Customer Service Advisor

SF Group are currently recruiting for an temporary to permanent Customer Service Advisor located in Nottingham city centre. This is a 12 week temporary to permanent position.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking incoming calls
  • Dealing with any queries appropriately
  • Taking all details for complaints, transferring through to complaints department
  • Helping customers with their bills
  • Making any amendments to customer accounts

Working hours: Shift Pattern between 8:00am – 8:00pm (8am – 4pm OR 12pm-8pm)

Salary: Temp - £8.50 per hour / Perm - £17,000

The successful candidate will have had previous customer service experience.
