Customer Service Advisor

Based in Ruddington, Nottingham we're looking for a Customer Service Advisors to join our dedicated Customer Services team to deliver total satisfaction to our customers. You'll be involved with handling high volumes of calls, liaising with both internal and external customers.

You'll need to liaise with our stores in a confident and professional manner and ensure that all customer correspondence is responded to efficiently. Attention to detail is paramount as it is vital that work is accurate in order to provide the business with reports on all aspects of service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering inbound calls in a professional yet timely manner

- Sending outbound emails to resolve customer complaints and queries

- Using internal systems to source products for internal customers

- Using internal systems to amend and update external customer records

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

- The ability to multitask and work at a fast pace

- You'll be able to communicate clearly and professional over all forms of communication

- You'll have the ability to problem solve and provide the best customer service to all our customers

- Previous Contact Centre experience is desired

Our customer service department is open Monday-Friday (8:00-20:00), Saturday (09:00-18:00) and Sunday (10:00-18:00) please ensure you are available between these hours on submitting your application.
