In this role you will required to work 7.5 hours per day / 37.5 hours per week. 6 weeks intensive training is provided by Jenny from the training team. Jenny will take you through each of the required skill sets starting with password resets & pay and records as well as covering call coaching and navigation of the in-house computer systems. Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a call centre environment and / or customer service and must have a good basic knowledge of IT systems as well as a good telephone manner, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work to SLA's

The pay rate is £7.95 per hour which is paid on a monthly basis, during the first 6 weeks the pay rate is £7.50*per hour. As well as 8 bank holidays we can also offer a further 23 days paid holiday a year pro rata (Jan - Dec), free parking with plenty of spaces! And to keep you refreshed there is a coffee shop & subsidised restaurant on site as well as free hot drink vending machines!
Due to the nature of the working environment security checks will be carried out prior to final offer. This will include a check for current bankruptcy notices, County Court Judgements (CCJ's) and Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVA's) and a criminal record check for unspent convictions.
