Customer Service Advisor

Lloyd Recruitment Services - The East Grinstead Branch are currently working with a leading Media company for their offices in Crawley.

There is currently a requirement for a Senior Customer Support Executive to join their growing, friendly team pn a temporary basis, until the end of January. However this could be extended or made permanant for the right individual!

The role will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager and will involve offering administrative support to the customer service team as well as consistently providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide the first point of contact for members
  • Process payments and refunds
  • Work closely with the logistics team
  • Process inbound orders
  • Customer correspondence and liaison

Hourly rate of £7 - £7.50 depending on level and experience
