Customer Service Adviser working on behalf of a well known retail company
Your new company
I am delighted to be working with one of the leading UK based contact centres who work on behalf of one of the largest retail businesses in the UK. They are currently recruiting temporary staff for their busiest time of the year.
Your new role
You will be a part of a large, fast paced and friendly team who require confident and customer focused individuals who are dedicated to delivering high levels of customer service. You will be required to answer inbound calls and emails, logging customer information into the companies own database system and resolving any customer queries. The shift patterns that are available are 1pm-9pm, 2pm-10pm, 3pm-11pm and 10pm-6am and that rotas are worked out on a weekly basis.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have excellent communication skills, both in writing and over the telephone and possess the ability to manage your own workload.
What you'll get in return
This temporary role has the potential to become permanent after the Christmas period. The shift patterns vary from week to week and free parking is available on site.
