Customer Service Advisor

Temporary - immediate start

£9-11 p/h

Our client requires a Customer Service Advisor to support the Customer Service team with the day to day duties including responding to customer queries. The is a temporary role to start ASAP to provide additional support to the business at a time of restructure.

Your tasks

  • Responding to all customer interactions
  • Managing customer data
  • Driving continuous improvements
  • Managing Stakeholders expectations

Your profile

  • Customer focus with excellent customer service experience
  • Be a confident problem solver
  • Experience of communicating well in all levels of the business
  • Able to recognise when process changes are needed and respond quickly in implementing them
