We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor working on a Temporary on-going basis for a company based in Warwick this will be a full time position working Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:00. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with experience within Customer Service and Administration working for one of the largest UK gas suppliers which has been in business for over 80 years.
The aim for the Customer Service Advisor is to provide additional admin support to the tank transfer team, as time goes on the agent will be taught entry level admin tasks to assist in the smooth conclusion of the tank transfer process.
Main duties of the Customer Service Advisor:
Distribution of Tank Transfer post
Processing clients Tank Transfer paperwork
Liaise with Competitors regarding acquisition/sale of tanks and other administrative queries.
Liaise with the engineering department to arrange engineer appointments.
Arrange deliveries from the company depots.
Skills required for the role:
Previous experience within Administration and Customer Service
Agent should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
