Customer Service Advisor - Accident Repair Centre

Basingstoke

£20,000 - £22,000 basic plus bonus scheme depending on experience

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for an Accident Repair Centre based in Basingstoke.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact from the initial notification of repair through to the final handover of the vehicle back to the customer on completion. Throughout that time you will keep the customer, and work providers, updated on the repair progress.

The Successful Applicant

Will have experience of:

·Liaising with customers in person and on the telephone.

·Liaising with Insurance companies and updating on-line systems.

·Booking customers for estimates and repairs.

·Arranging collection and delivery of customer vehicles and courtesy cars.

·Checking vehicles in and out, and using check lists and video recordings when required.

·Producing the required paperwork for signature by the customer.

·Processing payments for customer policy excess and VAT, where applicable.

Your commitment to delivering a great customer experience and maintaining a good working relationship with the team and suppliers is important in this role.

Salary

The basic salary is £20,000 to £22,000 basic plus bonus scheme, depending on experience

Hours: 8.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday plus 1 Saturday morning in 4
