Call Handlers/Customer Service Representatives

Excellent opportunities available for enthusiastic individuals to join a well-established insurance company based in Ipswich town. The company offers various shift patterns, fun and vibrant working environment with full training provided.

Duties:
Taking inbound calls and assisting with enquiries
Accurately entering data collected onto the company CRM system
General administration duties

Requirements:
Customer service experience
Call centre experience preferred
Administration experience preferred
Positive attitude and enthusiasm

Additional Information:
Various shift patterns available, Monday - Sunday, between 8am - 8pm
Temporary roles
Immediate start
£7.50 p/h
