Customer Support Advisor (Business Clients)

A Customer Support Advisor / Customer Service Executive is needed to join a leading property management provider based near London Victoria on either a Part time or Full Time basis (the PT role will become FT in 6 months). The ideal candidate should have skills gained from a professional B2B service environment ideally within the Tech / Software sector (although technical skills are not required).

Founded in 2008 this leading software company builds unique tools specific to the property industry. Based just a 5 minutes’ walk from London Victoria expect a thriving, passionate team that deliver a market leading cloud based service. Due to consistent growth they now have an opportunity for Customer Support Advisor / Customer Service Executive to provide clients with a 1st class service covering basic technical and non-technical issues.

Joining as the Customer Support Advisor / Customer Service Executive you will become a product expert, delivering fantastic customer support over the phone and face to face. On a day to day basis you will be answering inbound calls; actioning emails; demonstrating new features; creating workarounds; updating client details; guiding customers through their product journey; delivering online customer training (phone /online); managing and dispatching consumables (i.e. organising iPad delivery);troubleshooting issues and much more. In short you will be a brand and product champion, supporting customers by going the extra mile to ensure problems and queries are dealt with swiftly.

Full time role: 9.30am to 6pm at £22 - £24k pa.

Part time role: 11.30am to 6pm at £17,600 to £19,200 gross pa. (This role will become full time in 6 months).

To qualify... You should be a Customer Support Advisor / Customer Service Executive / Service Delivery Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / Helpdesk Executive / Technical Customer Support Executive / Technical Support Executive / Helpdesk Support Exec / 1st Line Support Executive / Entry Level Customer Service Advisor / Trainee Customer Service Advisor or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Excellent communication skills (particularly your telephone manner);
  • Previous customer service experience;
  • The desire to learn and progress;
  • A positive and friendly attitude;
  • The ability to build rapport over the phone;
  • Organisational and time management skills;
  • Working knowledge of G Suite from Google Cloud and Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

An understanding of HTML and website maintenance would be a distinct advantage.
