- Inbound customer service calls from the customers of a global mobile phone provider
- Help them with enquiries and problems with their contract, their phone or their account
- 100% customer service - no sales targets what so ever!
- A well established call centre in Newcastle city centre
- Close to the Metro, Central Station train and bus services and with subsidised parking nearby
- The call centre is in brand new, purpose built and offers a fun, vibrant and lively team driven working environment.
Customer Service Advisor or Call centre experience is not essential for this role - please apply if you have previous experience of providing excellent customer service in retail, hospitality or other customer facing roles.
