MMP Consultancy are working with a wonderful organisation who are seeking 2 x CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS to start immediately on a temporary contract based in London.
These roles would suit individuals who thrive in challenging atmospheres and can remain calm under pressure. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional service to the organisations current clientele and potential customers, ensuring all queries are dealt with in a time effective manner with excellent results, this could include liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Providing excellent customer service to all residents
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in order to resolve all enquiries raised, effectively communicating with the complainant the whole way through
Updating the database to ensure all queries and resolutions are logged
MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE START
Experience of working in a Social Housing/Repairs environment
Exceptional customer service skills
A good attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to remain calm under pressure and challenging atmosphere
