Shift Pattern: Monday - Sunday, 8am - 9pm (37.5hrs per week)
Join Vodafone as a Customer Service Advisor in Wythenshawe and you will be provided with the training, development and support to provide best-in-class customer service. Team leaders and management are really approachable and always on hand to help with any problem or situation.
Our Advisors need the empathy, ability and personality to provide a great customer experience for all our customers. You will handle all sorts of queries relating to our mobile products and look to resolve situations at first contact with a happy customer.
If you’ve worked in retail, customer service or a call centrebefore that would be great, but previous experience isn’t necessary as we’ll give you all the training and support you need.
