The role will involve:
-Handle inbound telephone queries
-Be the point of contact for the Field Sales Manager
-Build good working relationships with trade customers
-Process Purchases from receipt to delivery
-Give excellent customer service on the phone and via emails
Ideal candidate will need to have:
-Outstanding customer service skills
-Customer Service and Sales support experience is an advantage
-Driven and positive approach towards work
- Computer literate
- Excellent written and verbal English
