Customer Service Advisor (vehicle disposals team)

About the role

Our remarketing team are responsible for the disposal of our vehicles at the end of contract. This is a busy team as we take back circa 200 vehicles each day from customers that need to be processed in a timely way to ensure we achieve maximum value when they are sold through online and physical auctions. We also need to make sure customers are satisfied.

In this role you will reconcile stock reports, check the status of vehicles as they go through the disposal process and then trouble shoot to ensure 'road bumps' are ironed out. You will have regular liaison with our suppliers (Auctions) as well as internal customers.

About you

We are looking for someone with a variety of skills to take on this role. Firstly you will need to have an ability to analyse information on Excel spread sheets so experience of pivot tables and Vlookups is important as is the ability to work on your own initiative.

You will also need superb customer service, relationship management skills and be a dedicated team player to be successful in this role.

Finally, good organisational, planning and communication skills and the ability to be adaptable are also a must as your workload will be high and varied.
