Our Customer Advisors are the first point of contact by telephone and face to face when helping our customers through the repair progress of their vehicles and we require candidates with a highly professional approach and superb organisational skills.
Duties will include taking a high volume of incoming calls and booking out the drivers to collect/deliver cars, updating customers on daily basis and answering all incoming enquiries. You will be updating the Autoflow Management system and liaising with internal staff including parts and repair technicians, drivers, vehicle damage assessors and managers. In addition, you will support the General Manager with all customer repair related issues and administration.
The ideal person will have previously worked in a vehicle Bodyshop or Dealership as the first point of contact and be able to show evidence of a calm and positive attitude when dealing with customers, suppliers and insurance providers. We offer transition training to the right candidates with relevant experience in a similar environment. Our friendly and helpful team is committed to meeting strict deadlines to return high quality repaired vehicles back to our customers.
