Our client is a leading Greater Manchester-based housing association who make a hugely positive impact to the lives of thousands of tenants living in social housing and they're looking to add to their successful customer services team.
You'll get to work with a great bunch of people who will be there to support you from your first day to give you the knowledge and confidence to be successful.
And you'll be pleased to hear that there is no requirement to work evenings or weekends - the customer services team cover a variety of shifts between 8am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday.
Our client's impressive offices offer the ideal working environment too - free staff car parking is available and they're close to major bus routes as well as Metrolink services.
Working across a wide range of channels including telephone, email and social media, you'll ensure that customer enquiries and issues are handled in a professional and proactive way, always aiming to exceed customers' expectations and delivering a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
Previous social housing experience would be an advantage but its not essential - our client wants to attract applicants with the right attitude who are willing to go the extra mile to get the job done to ensure customer satisfaction is maximised at all times.
