We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Global Insurance company based in the Worthing area who are looking for Customer Service professionals who speak fluent Italian.
You will join a multilingual, diverse and exciting team where you will be responsible for dealing with telephone calls, emails and letters from customers who have queries supporting the Sales, Medical Assistance and Claims departments.
Your role will be involved in the full cycle of the a Travel Insurance policy, covering policy coverage queries, mid-term adjustments, complaints, sales or assistance calls.
Shift pattern between 08.00-20.00hrs Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00 Saturday (including some public holidays) with a 37.5 hour working week that can usually be adapted to work around your other commitments.
All applicants must have:
- A levels Grades A-C or equivalent - including recent graduates with proven customer service skills
- Fluency in spoken and written Italian and English essential
- Previous experience within Customer service or call center experience, insurance or travel would be desirable but not essenital
