Customer Service Advisor - RSPCA

Salary: £15,795 (£8.10ph)
Start Date: Monday 16th April 2018
Shift/Hours: Fixed 37.5 hours working 5 days 10am - 6pm with Thursday and Saturday off.
Location: Capita House, Dearne Valley

As a Customer Service Assistant for our RSPCA team, you'll take calls from members of the public, the Police and vets who are calling in with animal welfare issues. Make no mistake, it can be tough, especially when you're talking about severe cases of animal neglect. But it can also be very rewarding. It's essential that you can work under pressure and have good attention to detail. We'll train you to deliver a service that is consistent and reliable so that each of your customers feel valued, understood and listened to. This is a great opportunity to build a career with us.
